Here is a small gif exercise from our class. Gifs are easier to create than flash in my opinion, but I guess it just depends on how you think bout the stage and what not.
Is it supposed to move?... It's not moving :P I think you have to upload it a certain way. I tried to upload mine just as a picture and I don't think it's that easy because it just looked like a picture and didn't move.
